Shri Rajkripal Ji
Founder
Founded by Shri Rajkripal Ji, who built upon Shri Shambhu Nath Ji’s 1895 legacy, the Sumitra Rajkripal Group (SRG) is now an international leader in timber and plywood. Rajkripal Ji is also a renowned philanthropist, having established the Smt. Brahmadevi Saraswati Balika Vidya Mandir (now with nearly 1800 students) in 1988 to promote girls’ education
Mr. Sanjay Garg

Mr. Sanjay Garg provides strategic oversight and long-term direction to the Group. With decades of experience in timber trade and business expansion, he has been instrumental in scaling SRG’s operations and strengthening its industry reputation. His leadership reinforces the Group’s foundational values of integrity, trust, and disciplined growth.
Mr. Sameer Garg
Managing Director
Mr. Sameer Garg leads the overall strategy and operations of SRG. He played a defining role in establishing Kandla as a strategic trade hub for the Group and spearheaded its entry into international timber imports and plywood.
As Managing Director, he oversees global sourcing, plywood, supply chain systems, and long-term expansion strategy, ensuring sustained competitiveness and operational excellence.
Mr. Akshat Garg
Director
Mr. Akshay Garg heads the Furniture Division, focusing on product development, manufacturing precision, and downstream value creation. He is responsible for strengthening SRG’s presence in finished wood products and advancing the Group’s integrated “material to product” capabilities.
Ms. Aanchal Garg
Director
Ms. Aanchal Garg leads the Division, overseeing brand growth, market expansion, and product positioning. She drives strategic initiatives across dealer networks, marketing execution, and product development, strengthening SRG’s competitive presence in the plywood segment.
Mr. Shashwat Garg
Director, International Business
Mr. Shashwat Garg oversees global timber sourcing and international supply chain operations. With experience in forestry access, vessel chartering, and trade execution, he supports SRG’s vertically integrated import model. He focuses on enhancing sourcing efficiency, global partnerships, and long-term supply security.
